VODACOM AXONIFY REWARD INCENTIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Vodacom (Pty) Ltd (“Vodacom”) is running the Vodacom Axonify Reward Incentive (the “Incentive”) where Staff members from Jet, Edgars, Makro, Mr Price, Foschini Group, JD Group & Marko are reward with choice reward vouchers from Vodacom Axonify from select partners.
DURATION
The availability of the Reward Incentive commences from 06h00 on the 01st of March 2022 to the 31st of December 2022 at 23h59.
REDEMPTION OF THE REWARD
In order to redeem the Reward, qualifying Staff Members will be directed to a redemption website (“Website”); where the qualifying Staff Member is to enter their unique promotional pin code received via SMS.
The Website is the only place where qualifying Staff Members s can redeem their Reward. Qualifying Staff Members will be able to redeem the Reward within 180 (One Hundred and Eighty) calendar days of issuing the unique promotional pin code via SMS. If qualifying Staff Members fail to redeem their Reward within the required validity period, they will forfeit their Reward.
Vodacom reserves the right to extend or curtail the promotional period for any reason deemed valid.
- Upon verification, the qualifying Staff Members will receive communication in the form of an SMS to their current mobile number.
- Staff Members will receive a once-off unique promotional pin code within 30 (Thirty) days
- The once-off unique promotional pin code, as well as a link to the Website, will be sent to the qualifying Staff Member in the form of an SMS.
- After entering their unique promotional pin code on the Website, the qualifying Staff Member will be prompted to enter their cell phone number to receive a unique one-time pin (OTP) to allow them access to the Website.
- The unique promotional pin code can only be used once, to redeem the Reward.
- The Rewards consist of stand-alone as well as Choice Reward options. The reward provided will be based on the qualifying plan or product purchased.
- In the case of the Choice rewards, the unique promotional pin code can only be used once, to redeem from 1 (one) of the following partners, as a once-off nonexchangeable choice Reward: (i) Dischem, (ii) Pick n Pay, (iii) KFC, (iv) 0McDonalds or South Africa’s leading network partners in form of an airtime voucher (vi).
The Pick n Pay digital grocery voucher is governed by the following terms and conditions:
- The voucher is valid for 3 (three) years from the date of issue.
- Dependent on the qualifying Reward total value, the Staff Member Reward vouchers will be provided in either of the following denominations;
- R100 (One Hundred Rand)
- R150 (One Hundred and Fifty Rand)
- R250 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand)
- The Pick n Pay digital grocery voucher is exchangeable for merchandise at all Pick n Pay retail outlets, excluding all liquor and tobacco-related products.
- Misuse of this voucher, which shall be determined at Pick n Pay’s sole discretion, constitutes fraud.
- Pick n Pay digital grocery vouchers can be used as a valid tender on all products and services in-store, excluding all liquor and tobacco-related products.
- Each Pick n Pay digital grocery voucher will have a unique code and can be used multiple times i.e. until all the funds on the voucher have been spent.
- Pick n Pay digital grocery vouchers can only be used as tender in-store at the point of sale.
- The Pick n Pay digital grocery voucher may not be redeemed for cash and no credit balance will be given as cash.
- Pick n Pay digital grocery vouchers can be purchased in-store with any valid tender.
- The digital grocery voucher is cash and if lost, stolen, sent to the incorrect person or the till slip fades, it is the Staff Member’s responsibility and Pick n Pay will not be liable for any loss suffered.
The KFC wiCode Voucher is governed by the following terms and conditions:
- The wiCode Voucher is valid for 3 (Three) years.
- Dependent on the qualifying Reward total value, the Staff Member Reward vouchers will be provided in either of the following denominations;
- R100 (One Hundred Rand)
- R150 (One Hundred and Fifty Rand)
- R250 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand)
- The value of the wiCode Vouchers expressed either in South African Rand off certain products on the KFC Menu;
- The specific product/s against which the wiCode Vouchers may be redeemed;
- The store/s and/or region/s where the wiCode Vouchers may be redeemed;
- The period for which the offer and/or the issued Vouchers will remain valid; and any other specific condition, restriction or limit which applies in respect of the issue or redemption of the Vouchers. This may include any minimum purchase or spend requirements.
- OFFER RESTRICTIONS
- Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Specific Voucher Terms governing any Offer:
- Only South African residents may participate in any Offer/s and we reserve the right to request an adequate proof in this regard;
- No more than 1 (one) wiCode Voucher per person will be available under any Offer;
- Each wiCode Voucher may be redeemed only once;
- Only 1 (one) wiCode Voucher will be redeemed per product/meal purchased from KFC;
- A wiCode Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotion, voucher or coupon unless specifically permitted in the relevant Voucher Terms;
- The wiCode Vouchers may not be redeemed against prior purchases;
- Your participation in an Offer may be subject to additional criteria (e.g. a minimum age) with which you will be required to comply in order to be eligible to participate in any Offer. Examples include:
- If a Voucher applies only to specific stores, you may not redeem it at any other store/s;
- If the Voucher applies only to certain specified products, you may not redeem it against any other product/s;
- If the Voucher may be redeemed during a certain period, you may not redeem it during any other period;
- The wiCode Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or for other vouchers of any kind. No change will be paid out if the value of the products for which the Voucher is used is less than the value of the Voucher;
- The wiCode Vouchers may not be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling or other charges which may apply to the purchase of the products in respect of which the Voucher may be redeemed or applied.
The McDonald’s Digital Voucher is governed by the following terms and conditions:
- The Voucher is valid for 3 (Three) years from the date of issue.
- Dependent on the qualifying Reward total value, the Staff Member Reward vouchers will be provided in either of the following denominations;
- R100 (One Hundred Rand)
- R150 (One Hundred and Fifty Rand)
- R250 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand)
- The value of the Vouchers expressed either in South African Rand off certain products on the McDonald’s Menu;
- The specific product/s against which the Vouchers may be redeemed;
- The store/s and/or region/s where the Vouchers may be redeemed;
- The period for which the offer and/or the issued Vouchers will remain valid; and any other specific condition, restriction or limit which applies in respect of the issue or redemption of the Vouchers. This may include any minimum purchase or spend requirements.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Specific Voucher Terms governing any Offer:

The Airtime Vouchers Voucher is governed by the following terms and conditions:
- The airtime reward will be eligible for an R50, R100, R150, R200 or R150 (depending on the reward allocated to the winner) airtime voucher or network provider equivalent.
- Cell C
- The airtime voucher entitles the consumer to an airtime voucher or network provider equivalent that can be used on a Cell C prepaid cell phone number to the maximum value of R50 (Fifty Rand), R100 (One Hundred Rand), R150 (One Hundred and Fifty Rand), R200 (Two Hundred Rand) and R250 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand) with the following conditions:
- The airtime voucher can be used on any prepaid Cell C mobile number. Cell C contracts and any other networks are excluded.
- Airtime is active as it is loaded directly to prepaid MSISDN until it is depleted.
- To load the airtime, dial *102* followed by the voucher as shown on the redemption platform and then press #. e.g., *102*123456#. The account will automatically be loaded onto the mobile number.
- The airtime voucher is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue.
- MTN
- The airtime voucher entitles the consumer to an airtime voucher or network provider equivalent that can be used on an MTN prepaid cell phone number to the maximum value of R50 (Fifty Rand), R100 (One Hundred Rand), R150 (One Hundred and Fifty Rand), R200 (Two Hundred Rand) and R250 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand), with the following conditions:
- The airtime voucher can be used on any prepaid MTN mobile number. MTN contracts and any other networks are excluded.
- Airtime is active as it is loaded directly to prepaid MSISDN until it is depleted.
- To load the airtime, dial *141* followed by the voucher as shown on the redemption platform and then press #. e.g., *141*123456#. Your account will automatically be loaded onto the mobile number.
- The airtime voucher is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue.
- TELKOM MOBILE
- The airtime voucher entitles the consumer to an airtime voucher or network provider equivalent that can be used on a TELKOM prepaid cell phone number to the maximum value of R50 (Fifty Rand), R100 (One Hundred Rand), R150 (One Hundred and Fifty Rand), R200 (Two Hundred Rand) and R250 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand), with the following conditions:
- The airtime voucher can be used on any prepaid Telkom mobile number. Telkom mobile contracts and any other networks are excluded.
- Airtime is active as it is loaded directly to prepaid MSISDN until it is depleted.
- To load the airtime, dial *188* followed by the voucher as shown on the redemption platform and then press #. e.g., *188*123456#. Your account will automatically be loaded onto the mobile number
- The airtime voucher is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue.
- VODACOM
- The airtime voucher entitles the consumer to an airtime voucher or network provider equivalent that can be used on a Vodacom prepaid cell phone number to the maximum value of R50 (Fifty Rand), R100 (One Hundred Rand), R150 (One Hundred and Fifty Rand), R200 (Two Hundred Rand) and R250 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand), with the following conditions:
- The airtime voucher can be used on any prepaid Vodacom mobile number. Vodacom contracts and any other networks are excluded.
- Airtime is active as it is loaded directly to prepaid MSISDN until it is depleted.
- To load the airtime, dial *100* followed by the voucher as shown on the redemption platform and then press #. e.g., *100*123456#. Your account will automatically be loaded onto the mobile number.
- The airtime voucher is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue.
- User data collected via the reward incentive will not be used for any other purpose than for the execution of the reward incentive only.
- User data collected via entry to this reward incentive will be stored for as long as it is legally required to and in accordance with Vodacom's Privacy Policy, http://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/privacy-policy.
- Should a qualifying Staff Member not receive an SMS containing the unique promotional pin code or have deleted or misplaced the unique promotional pin code, please contact 087 057 1255 for verification and for Vodacom to resend the unique promotional pin code-. The original issue date of the SMS will apply, if a Staff Member fails to redeem their Reward within the required validity period, they will forfeit their Reward.
- Redemption of the Reward is restricted to 30 (Thirty) calendar days after the unique promotional pin code has been issued via SMS.
- This Promotion is only open to natural persons 18 (Eighteen) years and older.
- Neither Vodacom nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors, and any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered (including but not limited to direct or indirect or consequential loss), death or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming the Reward.
- Vodacom reserves the right to terminate the Promotion immediately and without notice if the Promotion is held to be or becomes unlawful. In such event, all Staff Members hereby waive any rights which they may have against Vodacom and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Vodacom.
- In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions, Vodacom's decision will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered.
- Vodacom may refuse to give any Reward if the qualifying procedures or these Terms and Conditions have not been adhered to or if it detects any irregularities or fraudulent practices. Vodacom is entitled in its entire discretion to reject /withhold any Reward for any reason and will not be obliged to notify Staff Members that they are rejected.
